Accessibility statement
Protosonic OÜ is committed to making OpenStamps for Furniture usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
1. Conformance aim
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this public site and its evaluation tools. We do not claim full audited conformance today. The pilot form, the stamp and plot tools, and Phone Sync are progressive enhancements; core content and pilot@openstamps.com remain available if scripts fail.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and labelled controls, including in the pilot form
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and tools; tap targets of at least 44 pixels
- Visible focus styles on interactive controls
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion; the site carries almost no motion - Text alternatives and status regions in the tools where practical
- Colour is never the only carrier of a verdict: the three states differ in shape (◇ ◔ ✕) and in words
3. Known limitations
- Third-party beacon and timestamp-authority endpoints used at stamp time are outside our control.
- Very old browsers without Web Crypto cannot run in-browser stamping or checking.
- The plot picture is an SVG of declared coordinates; its vertex list is provided as text beside it.
4. Compatibility
Pages are designed for current versions of Chromium, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile. The site is static HTML with no required login.
5. Feedback
If you find an accessibility barrier, email pilot@openstamps.com with the page URL and a short description. We will acknowledge and work to fix issues promptly.
6. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant equality or digital accessibility body in your EU/EEA member state. As an Estonian company we operate under Estonian and EU law.
