What happened? Which page? filled in for you when you came from one Your e-mail optional — only so we can reply Include my browser and device type (…) — it helps us reproduce the problem.

What is sent: what you type, the page, your browser type if the box is ticked, and your e-mail if you give one. It goes to our inbox and to our support records (EspoCRM, on a server in Germany); privacy.html names both. Never a file, a stamp or a password.
